Notes: The Mechanical Animals (Lash Donohue & Jacob Striker) defeated the Dollhouse (Sweet Roxy & Jonetta Stone) in the final portion of the Black Waltz match at Chapter 3 "50 Shades of Pain" to become the inaugural champions. They were defeated at the Day of Reckoning PPV for the belts with Jacob Striker and Gabrial Marik (subbing for an MIA Lash Donohue) loosing to the Dollhouse.

The Dollhouse: 02/11/2022-PRES
Notes: Lost in the final match to crown the first Pro Wrestling Nova World Tag Team champions to the Mechanical Animals (Jacob Striker & Lash Donohue) at PWN's 3rd chapter show but would then defeat the MA for the titles at the Day of Reckoning pay per view.
