Gimmick: "Come at the king, best not miss" - the phrase most commonly said by Maverick throughout the past year and with good reason, he's a man that's been royally personified as a monarch to wherever he goes. Looking at his motivations in the ring can give you a good feel as to what he looks for, a heartless bastard to the core and without a care to the world, Maverick is unorthodox and uncensored, always attempting to get away with the most despicable acts.

What are your character’s motivations for competing?: His motivations are simple, become the King he once was and claim his place upon the throne. In order to do this, Maverick needs championship gold - most importantly, World Championship gold - around his waist. His motivation is to beat anyone that dares to cross his path and to make sure he does it in style and in an empowering way, sending a message to everyone that he’s coming back to the throne.

1. His in-ring attitude has been described as this:
Mind games, manipulation, and taking your fucking head off. The in-ring attitude of The King can change within an instant. He might start off slowly, playing the mind games to throw his opponent off and when he finds a chance to strike, he will snap into a striking beast, looking to slay the monster. Other occasions, he starts off in the stance of shooting all of his rounds and making sure he doesn't miss, he might fall back to those mind games if the occasion calls for it but as he's said himself... "He doesn't miss."
2. He primarily targets the head of his opponents. Head drops, strikes, kicks, etc. Just gonna drop you on that stack of dimes you call a neck.
3. If you want to give a feel as to how he speaks… well… think Conor McGregor. Loud mouth, talks a whole lot of fucking shit, does his best to get into his opponent’s head.
4. If you so even dare to get personal with him- bringing up his personal life or anything of the sort- he’ll fucking kill you. He won’t hesitate to kick the absolute shit out of you. Think like Murder Ibushi where he goes into that trance type shit.
