(The camera starts up and we are shown the outside of the Shiba Zaibatsu building in the Southern California city of Riverside before we cut to the inside of the building where we find Zanna Mitchell who is dressed rather respectfully and standing outside of a conference room)
Zanna: Hello fans of Pro Wrestling Nova, I’m standing outside of this conference room as the inquiry into the actions that happened during the main event of Pro Wrestling Nova’s debut card during which the match of Stephanie Matsuda and Alex Pierce was interrupted by David and Patrick Slayton, the Dynasty, and also injured fellow pro wrestling Jacob Striker just over two weeks ago.
(A moment later, the doors to the conference room opens and Thomas Zahn, the representative for the PWN Council, steps out and into the hallway while closing the door behind him)
Zanna: Mister Zahn, good to see you.
Zahn: Thank you Zanna, I have a statement that I wish to make on behalf of Pro Wrestling Nova.
After some intense digging and investigating, the Council has come to the unanimous decision that Christopher Slayton, the president of Pro Wrestling Nova, has been cleared of any wrongdoing in the aftermath of what happened at Chapter One. Furthermore, he has been reinstated as company president effective immediately.
Zanna: That’s good news.
Zahn: Now, the Council and President Slayton wish to announce that while we jointly have ruled that the match between Stephanie Matsuda and Alex Pierce to be a no contest, they will be granted a chance to earn a spot in the Challenge of the Immortals tournament as the main event of chapter four.
Zanna: Why chapter four might I ask?
Zahn: Yes you may, Zanna. As you know we already have plans for chapter three, the Council and President Slayton have also jointly agreed that the actions of the Dynasty cannot and will not be allowed to go unpunished to which the following match has been made official for chapter two, the March of Progress, which will put David and Patrick Slayton-the Dynasty themselves-against the team of Stephanie Matsuda AND Alex Pierce, furthermore since it was an attack directed at Miss Matsuda, the Council is granting her the special honor of selecting the type of tag match that it will be contested under, but due to a contract agreement it cannot be a retirement match.
It can be anything, but only on the condition that it remains a tag team match.
Also I have a couple of more matches to announce. One of them follows the rather...verbose...actions of one Ian Dickenson which might not like but he is getting what he wants after a fashion as he, with Ebony Arceri by his side, and Maverick Spyke will take on the team of Cerberus’ Alex Rhodes and Raven Branwen in a tag team match with Jericho Morton banned from ringside.
Also, Michael Callaghan will be making his debut against our very own Hans Olsen and this time we hope that Mister Olsen understands that he can’t just go around trying to break people’s ankles for no reason after the match.
Zanna: That is some pretty impressive news, Mister Zahn. Thank you for your time sir.
Zahn: You’re welcome, Miss Mitchell. Now if you’ll excuse me?
(Zahn nods to Zanna before going back into the conference room before the camera refocuses on Zanna)
Zanna: You heard it here first, President Slayton has been cleared of what happened at Chapter One and the main event has been booked for chapter two. We will provide you all with more updates as we receive them.
(The camera fades to black)
